Victoria shows up defeated. Ready to do anything to put an end to this back and forth and save the city. No games this time, she’s willing to do ANYTHING. He has her take her uniform off only wear whats underneath and her cape. He asks her why she’s doing this and he says she’s doing it for the people.

He first makes her walk around the room reciting how she promises to never fight him again, never scheme, and that she will always be his to control. She will always obey and honor him.

He has her put her uniform back on. Sit with her legs spread and the pendent around her neck. She’s now weak and fading in and out. She begs to have the pendent removed before passing out. He scans her before removing the pendent.

He moves her to the bed, where she is still asleep, he scans her and watches her sleep before laying down next to her… to watch her sleep maybe forever since she is now his forever…
